How Jumbo shrimp 8/12 is cooked
Jumbo is the size for grilling and for gatherings. Leave the shell on over charcoal so it shields the flesh from drying, and peel as you eat. It also works roasted with garlic and butter, or butterflied.
How to choose Jumbo shrimp 8/12
Shrimp is weighed in the shell, as it is across the market. Fresh jumbo has a glossy shell clinging to the flesh, a head that stays firmly attached, and no blackening where head meets body. If you order it peeled, peeling carries a fixed price per kilo shown before you add to the cart.
