Frequently asked questions
Is the fish fresh or frozen?
Freshness is the whole point: your order is prepared on the morning of delivery itself and arrives on ice in a sealed box. Imported items such as salmon say so clearly in their description.
When does my order arrive?
Order before 10 pm and it arrives the next morning in the window you choose: 8 to 11 am or 11 am to 2 pm. Orders after 10 pm move to the following day.
How do I pay?
Cash on delivery to our courier. Online payment by card, InstaPay and Apple Pay is coming soon.
How is the weight calculated?
Fish is weighed whole before cleaning, as is standard at any fishmonger. Cleaning and cutting after that is free.
What if something is not available today?
If an item is not available at a quality we accept, we call you early in the morning to agree a substitute, or remove it and you pay less.
